OUR ASSEMBLY CAPABILITIES

What we offer

Comprehensive assembly services — taking moulded parts and transforming them into functional, verified, ready-to-use products or sub-assemblies.

one-number-round

Sub-assembly

Combining multiple moulded components into functional sub-assemblies — with fit, form, and function verified before the next stage of your production line.

two-number-round

Final assembly

Complete product assembly from individual moulded parts to a finished, dispatch-ready unit — reducing your in-house operations and simplifying your supply chain.

three-number-round

Insert & fastener assembly

Incorporating metal inserts, screws, clips, and other fasteners into moulded components — using jigs and fixtures to ensure consistent placement and torque.

four-number-round

Connector & wiring harness integration

Assembly of electrical connectors, terminals, and wiring into plastic housings — verified for fitment and continuity before dispatch.

five-number-round

Labelling & marking

Part labelling, batch marking, and serialisation applied to finished assemblies — to your specification and traceability requirements.

six-number-round

100% inspection before dispatch

Every assembled unit goes through a documented visual and functional check before packing — backed by inspection records available on request.

HOW IT WORKS

Our assembly process

A structured, repeatable six-step process with quality checkpoints at every stage.

one-number-round

Incoming Part Verification

Every moulded component and bought-in part undergoes dimensional and visual inspection before entering the assembly process. This initial verification helps identify defects early, ensuring only approved components proceed to production and preventing quality issues further down the assembly line.

two-number-round

Jig & Fixture Setup

Custom jigs and fixtures are prepared and calibrated to ensure precise component placement, alignment, and torque consistency. This standardized setup minimizes operator-to-operator variation while improving repeatability and production efficiency.

three-number-round

Sub-Assembly

Individual components are assembled into functional sub-assemblies using defined work instructions. In-process quality inspections verify the correct positioning of inserts, fasteners, connectors, and other critical elements, ensuring each assembly meets design and functional requirements before moving to the next stage.

four-number-round

Final Assembly

Verified sub-assemblies are integrated into the finished product or complete dispatch-ready assembly. Where required, functional testing is performed to confirm operational performance, fit, and reliability before final inspection.

five-number-round

100% Inspection

Every completed assembly undergoes a comprehensive visual and dimensional inspection against approved specifications. Any non-conforming parts are immediately isolated, documented, and investigated to ensure only compliant products are approved for shipment.

six-number-round

Pack & Dispatch

Finished assemblies are packed according to customer specifications, whether in bulk, blister packs, or individual packaging. Each product is labelled appropriately and dispatched with complete inspection documentation, ensuring traceability and readiness for immediate use upon delivery.

In-Process Inspection

Dimensional and visual inspections are carried out at predefined stages throughout the assembly process rather than only at the end. This proactive approach allows potential issues to be identified and corrected immediately, reducing defects, minimizing rework, and maintaining consistent product quality across every production batch.

two-number-round

Documented Inspection Records

Each production batch is supported by comprehensive inspection documentation that records key quality parameters and verification results. These records provide complete traceability from raw materials to the finished product and can be supplied upon request to meet customer, regulatory, or audit requirements.

three-number-round

Jig-Controlled Assembly

Dedicated assembly jigs and fixtures are used to ensure precise component positioning, alignment, and torque throughout production. By eliminating manual variation, our standardized assembly process delivers repeatable quality, improved accuracy, and consistent performance for every unit produced.

four-number-round

ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, demonstrating our commitment to internationally recognized quality standards. All assembly processes are documented, monitored, and regularly audited to ensure continuous improvement, process consistency, and reliable product performance. This systematic approach enables us to consistently deliver assemblies that meet customer expectations for quality, reliability, and compliance.

FAQ

Assembly Questions

Have a questions not covered here?

No. We can assemble customer-supplied or bought-in components alongside our moulded plastic parts to deliver a complete, finished product. Regardless of the component source, every incoming part undergoes dimensional and visual inspection to ensure it meets quality standards before entering the assembly process.

Yes. We assemble products using metal inserts, screws, clips, snap-fits, and other fastening systems with the help of dedicated jigs and fixtures. This ensures accurate placement, controlled torque, and consistent assembly quality across every production batch.

Quality is verified throughout the assembly process through in-process dimensional and visual inspections at predefined stages. Before dispatch, every completed assembly undergoes a 100% final inspection to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Detailed inspection records are maintained for complete traceability and are available upon request.

Yes. We provide part labelling, batch marking, serialisation, and other product identification services based on your specifications. These marking solutions support product traceability and meet the documentation requirements of industries such as automotive, medical, electrical, and industrial manufacturing.

Assembly lead times vary depending on product complexity, production volume, component availability, and packaging requirements. Once we receive your assembly drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and project specifications, our team provides a confirmed production schedule and delivery timeline, typically within two business days.

You can contact our team through our contact page, by calling +91 98508 29013, or by emailing info@tesin.in. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day and will be happy to discuss your assembly requirements, provide technical guidance, and prepare a customized quotation.
