What quality certifications does Tesin hold?
We operate Engel Tiebarless and Ferromatik Milacron machines with a maximum clamping force of 150 tonnes and maximum shot size of 190g. This covers a wide range of part sizes across multiple industries.
Can you provide inspection reports with deliveries?
We process ABS, Polycarbonate (PC), Nylon (PA6, PA66), Polypropylene (PP), Acetal (POM), PBT, PC/ABS blends, and other engineering plastics. Material selection is guided by your part’s mechanical, thermal, and chemical requirements.
What inspection equipment do you have in-house?
Yes — we incorporate metal inserts, threaded fasteners, and other components directly during the moulding process, reducing secondary operations and improving part integrity.
Can you meet customer-specific quality requirements?
Production lead time depends on part complexity, material availability, and order volume. We typically confirm timelines within 2 business days of receiving your drawing and requirements. Contact us for a project-specific estimate.
How do you handle non-conforming parts?
We conduct in-process dimensional sampling using our CMM and vision measurement systems, plus a 100% visual inspection before dispatch. All parts are released with documented inspection records. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015.
