Incoming material inspection
Every material batch is verified against certificates of conformance and tested for grade consistency before entering production.
In-process controls
Dimensional checks at regular intervals during every moulding run — not just at end of line. Parameters are locked after first-article approval.
CMM & vision inspection
Accurate Spectra CMM and Vision Measuring System (0.5µm resolution) verify critical dimensions against drawing tolerances throughout the run.
Dispatch documentation
Every shipment is accompanied by dimensional inspection records, traceable back to the production batch, tool settings, and material certificate.

What quality certifications does Tesin hold?
Tesin Products holds three certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), LEAN BASIC (lean manufacturing practices), and ZED Silver (Zero Defect Zero Effect — awarded by the Quality Council of India under the Ministry of MSME). All are independently audited and renewed periodically.
Can you provide inspection reports with deliveries?
Yes — every shipment is accompanied by dimensional inspection records traceable to the production batch, tool settings, and material certificate. For specific reporting formats (e.g. PPAP documentation, CMM reports), please discuss requirements at project start.
What inspection equipment do you have in-house?
Our quality lab is equipped with an Accurate Spectra CMM and a Vision Measuring System, both with 0.5µm scale resolution. These are used for first-article inspection, in-process dimensional sampling, and final inspection before dispatch.
Can you meet customer-specific quality requirements?
Yes. We can work to customer-specific quality plans, sampling methods (AQL levels), packaging and labelling requirements, and documentation formats. Please share your quality plan or supplier requirements at enquiry stage and we will confirm compliance.
How do you handle non-conforming parts?
Non-conforming parts are immediately segregated, tagged, and quarantined at point of detection. A non-conformance report is raised, root cause investigated, and corrective action implemented. Parts are not dispatched until a disposition decision is taken and approved.
