our capabilities
Machine specifications
Four integrated capabilities that take your product from first sketch to validated, production-ready design.
EDM – Sparking Machines
Detailed and functional component and assembly design, tailored for performance and cost-efficiency.
Tool Room
Our tool room houses world-class machinery including DMG MORI, TAKUMI, HAAS, and Sodick EDM, ensuring high-precision mould manufacturing for a variety of industries.
Assembly & Testing
From initial assembly to final testing, we ensure that each part is meticulously checked for quality and performance, delivering flawless products to our clients.
Production Facilities
With advanced injection moulding machines, we specialize in producing complex engineering plastics, enabling us to meet the unique requirements.
HOW WE WORK
From enquiry to production-ready part
A six-stage engineering process that keeps you informed and in control from day one.
Requirements & feasibility
We start by understanding your product requirements, target markets, regulatory constraints, and production volumes — identifying the best approach before any design work begins.
Concept design & DFM review
3D CAD modelling of the part and tool concept, followed by a Design for Manufacturability review — ensuring the design can be moulded to spec at the intended volume and cost.
Mold flow simulation
Fill, cooling, and warpage analysis using simulation software to validate the tool design and optimise gate location, wall thickness, and cooling channels before any steel is cut.
Tool manufacturing
In-house CNC machining, EDM, and wire-cut to build the mould. All tooling is made and controlled in-house — no external vendors, no communication gaps, faster turnaround.
T1 trial & validation
First shots are inspected dimensionally and functionally. Any adjustments to the tool are made in-house. Sign-off happens only when parts meet all drawing requirements.
Production & supply
Transition to volume production runs with in-process quality inspection. Parts are delivered with inspection records, and mould maintenance is managed by our in-house team.
Why Tesin
One partner, every stage
Fully in-house from design to delivery
Every step — CAD, tooling, moulding, assembly, quality — happens in our facility. No split responsibilities, no third-party delays.
Fast response to design changes
When requirements change (and they always do), we can update the design and tooling in-house — faster and cheaper than any outsourced model.
Designed for the real world
Our DFM reviews and simulation runs mean designs are optimised before production — fewer surprises, fewer revisions, lower total cost.
ISO 9001:2015 certified
Certified to ISO 9001:2015, LEAN BASIC, and ZED Silver. Every part backed by documented inspection records.
10+
Our Legacy
A decade of tooling expertise
With over ten years of in-house tooling experience, Tesin Products has designed and manufactured moulds ranging from simple single-cavity tools to complex multi-cavity and hot runner systems for automotive, medical, and FMCG applications. Every mould we build is designed for long tool life, dimensional consistency, and ease of maintenance — so your production line keeps running.
- Proven across automotive, medical & FMCG sectors
- In-house design, machining, fitting and trials
- Built for longevity and consistent part quality
Can you help design a product from scratch?
Yes. We work from concept sketches, reference parts, or verbal descriptions — developing 3D CAD models and conducting Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews before any tooling is committed. We can guide material selection, wall thickness, draft angles, and gate locations based on your application.
Do you do mold flow simulation?
Yes — we run mould flow simulation as a standard part of our engineering process. This lets us identify fill problems, warpage, sink marks, and cooling inefficiencies before cutting the tool — saving significant time and cost in revisions.
What is your typical development lead time?
Development timelines vary by complexity. Simple parts with existing designs can move to T1 trials in 4–6 weeks. New product development from concept typically takes 8–16 weeks depending on design complexity, number of iterations, and validation requirements.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of engineering plastics including ABS, Nylon (PA6, PA66), PBT, Polycarbonate (PC), Polypropylene (PP), Acetal (POM), and high-performance polymers. Material selection is guided by your application’s mechanical, thermal, and chemical requirements.
Do you handle both prototyping and full production?
Yes — our facility supports both. We produce prototype and low-volume trial parts using our in-house tool room, then transition seamlessly to volume production using our injection moulding machines. There is no change of vendor or facility between development and production.
