What machines do you have in your tool room?
Our tool room includes CNC Vertical Machining Centres (TAKUMI VC85, DMG Mori CMX 800V, HAAS VF2 ×4, Makino, STM/Manford), EDM and wire-cut machines (Chmer D433CL, Agie Charmilles ACT SP1, Sodick AD35L, Sodick VN400), and a Spotting Press (SXKH 1800, 100T). All machines operate to 5-micron accuracy.
What injection moulding machines do you operate?
We operate Engel Tiebarless and Ferromatik Milacron injection moulding machines with a maximum capacity of 150 tonnes and maximum shot size of 190g. These support a wide range of part sizes and material types.
How do you ensure dimensional accuracy?
Our in-house quality lab uses an Accurate Spectra CMM and Vision Measuring System with 0.5µm scale resolution for in-process and final dimensional inspection. Every part is inspected against drawing tolerances before dispatch.
Do you use mold flow simulation?
Yes — we run mold flow simulation on tool designs before cutting any steel. This allows us to identify and resolve fill, cooling, warpage, and sink mark issues at the design stage, reducing tooling cost and time to market.
