Incoming Part Verification
Every moulded component and bought-in part undergoes dimensional and visual inspection before entering the assembly process. This initial verification helps identify defects early, ensuring only approved components proceed to production and preventing quality issues further down the assembly line.
Jig & Fixture Setup
Custom jigs and fixtures are prepared and calibrated to ensure precise component placement, alignment, and torque consistency. This standardized setup minimizes operator-to-operator variation while improving repeatability and production efficiency.
Sub-Assembly
Individual components are assembled into functional sub-assemblies using defined work instructions. In-process quality inspections verify the correct positioning of inserts, fasteners, connectors, and other critical elements, ensuring each assembly meets design and functional requirements before moving to the next stage.
Final Assembly
Verified sub-assemblies are integrated into the finished product or complete dispatch-ready assembly. Where required, functional testing is performed to confirm operational performance, fit, and reliability before final inspection.
100% Inspection
Every completed assembly undergoes a comprehensive visual and dimensional inspection against approved specifications. Any non-conforming parts are immediately isolated, documented, and investigated to ensure only compliant products are approved for shipment.
Pack & Dispatch
Finished assemblies are packed according to customer specifications, whether in bulk, blister packs, or individual packaging. Each product is labelled appropriately and dispatched with complete inspection documentation, ensuring traceability and readiness for immediate use upon delivery.

Do you only assemble parts you have moulded?
No. We can assemble customer-supplied or bought-in components alongside our moulded plastic parts to deliver a complete, finished product. Regardless of the component source, every incoming part undergoes dimensional and visual inspection to ensure it meets quality standards before entering the assembly process.
Can you perform insert and fastener assembly?
Yes. We assemble products using metal inserts, screws, clips, snap-fits, and other fastening systems with the help of dedicated jigs and fixtures. This ensures accurate placement, controlled torque, and consistent assembly quality across every production batch.
What quality checks are performed on assemblies?
Quality is verified throughout the assembly process through in-process dimensional and visual inspections at predefined stages. Before dispatch, every completed assembly undergoes a 100% final inspection to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Detailed inspection records are maintained for complete traceability and are available upon request.
