Our design team works from your concept, sketch, or existing part to develop detailed 3D models and tool designs using industry-standard CAD/CAM software. We optimise every design for mouldability, material selection, and cost-efficiency — identifying potential issues before they reach the tool room, reducing revisions and shortening your time to market.

High-speed CNC Milling, EDM, and Wire-cut

Our in-house tool room is equipped with high-precision CNC milling, EDM, and wire-cut machines, enabling us to manufacture complex mould cavities and cores to tight tolerances. With full control over tooling in-house, we eliminate third-party delays, maintain consistent quality, and respond quickly to design changes or urgent requirements.

Using mold flow simulation software, we analyse fill patterns, cooling behaviour, warpage, and sink marks before cutting a single tool — resolving defects at the design stage and reducing tooling cost.
